Single-Use Ampoules
Make sure container is intact before use. To open, COMPLETELY TWIST OFF TAB, then pull to remove. Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and discard unused contents. Can be used as often as needed. Please retain for future reference.
Keep out of reach of children. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
Each mL contains: 5mg carmellose sodium. 10mg glycerin. 1mg sodium hyaluronate.
