4 Foam Cushions
Feet should be clean and dry. Remove cushion from backing paper. Place cushion, with hole directly over callus, adhesive next to skin. Press cushion against skin to ensure it is firmly attached. In case of a very painful spot remove centre for additional pressure relief.
